We have seen some success with full payment for our bed from a few State agencies and insurance companies, but not all. Most insurance companies will request a doctor's prescription and a letter of medical necessity detailing why a specialized like the Courtney Bed is required. The best course of action is to first contact us and we will put you in touch with a medical supply company that deals in durable medical equipment (DME) in your State. Download and print off the contract and sign, date and add your color choice. Mail the contract to Cyr Designs, LLC along with a deposit (we will require 1/2 the contract price to start production). Payment can be submitted through money order or bank check. After bed construction is completed, you will be contacted to remit the balance and shipping costs and the bed will be shipped immediately.
